With over two decades of experience, I have cultivated a distinguished career across the public and charitable sectors. Initially focusing on operational management, project leadership and liaison within regional healthcare settings, I progressed to inter-organisational collaboration.
Subsequently, I led significant national initiatives, spearheading large-scale data management and technical implementation projects in the NHS, including child health and cancer data systems. My expertise expanded into Integrated Care Systems, where I held senior leadership roles leading major transformation programmes, notably in maternity and neonatal health care, driving significant service redesign and strategic change.
Across all these roles, I have consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise in strategic change leadership, complex programme management, and robust quality improvement methodologies, delivering impactful and sustainable results in collaboration with stakeholders.
Beyond my professional achievements, I'm deeply committed to the charitable sector, having served in significant governance and frontline support roles for a prominent national charity.
